Jurgen Klopp Names The Best Player He's 'Signed' At Liverpool

The Liverpool boss has led his side to within two wins of capturing their first title in 30 years, a title they'd have wrapped up by now if it weren't for the current pause in football.

Klopp has spent the last few years building a brilliant side and made some excellent signings, even the ones that have broken world records like Alisson and Virgil van Dijk have been worth every penny.

The German, asked by the Pure Football Podcast, who is best signing is revealed that it's a player who was already at the club, Trent Alexander-Arnold.

"It's Trent," the former Borussia Dortmund boss said, "We didn't have to buy him but Pep Lijnders my assistant brought him around and said: 'He played No.6 [role] for me. He played full-back, he played right wing, left wing'.
